Lindsay Lohan Set Free, But…
I’ve written before about how rediculous that Judge Marsha Revel was in sentencing Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail from a 3 year old DUI, but now a new judge, Elden Fox has oredered her released from the $40,000 a week UCLA rehab facility she was staying in after the doctors said she did not need to be there and the judge should release her immediatly and he did.

Poor Lindsay though, while she was set free last night and really looked good, all dressed up to leave rehab, that Hollywood baby. There are conditions to her supposed freedom and they will keep her quite busy. First of all, Lindsay Lohan can be found at her house if you need her until November 1st, there is therapy 4 to 6 days a week, random drug testing a couple times a week, she has to participate in a 12 step program and any violation means an automatic 30 days in jail. Damn, leave the poor girl alone.

The Expendables Reigns Supreme at Box Office
Led by Sylvester Stallone, The Expendables kept the number 1 spot at the box office for the second week running. It is a pretty good movie, actually, as action movies go, it’s great. Another fun movie I just checked out is The Other Guys with Will Ferrell and Mark Walberg but the real stars of this action comedy are Dwayne Johnson and Samuel L Jackson who have memorable roles in the first 5 to 10 minutes. Aim for the bushes. Piranha 3D opened at number 6 but made enough cash that a sequel is already being ramped up.

Video of Pink Stage Accident Makes me Curious
After watching this video of Pink having a stage accident doing her aerial tricks, it makes me curious why she would ruin somewhat decent music with stupid tricks. She comes out on stage with a big metal harness thing around her waist, looking pretty dumb and probably proving she doesn’t even try to sing during her shows.
Piper Perabo Injured on Covert Affairs Set
Cute and spunky actress Pipr Perabo has been busy in Toronto filming her new show for the USA Network, Covert Affairs, which after a handful of episodes, I’ve found to be pretty entertaining. On problem struck me early on though, when I look at Piper Perabo, which I very often do, she seems to be pixie like, cute, tiny, fragile, adorable and so on. In Covert Affairs she works for the CIA and they have done a good job of not making her a superhero, gradually working her way up from total rookie, she is learning the ropes with each new assignment. The problem is when she has to fight some trained killer who is twice her size, not only is her survival hard to believe, but it’s even a little scary to watch, Now they have done a good job of coming up with ways in which she gets lucky and stays alive, but there’s been some brutal fight scenes. Here are a few pictures from Piper Perabo shooting scenes for Covert Affairs in Toronto a few weeks ago.

In a unrelated ( I think) matter, Piper Perabo injured a knee while filming in Toronto yesterday and word is that she’s fine, it won’t affect filming and hopefully they take it easy on the poor girl in the future, she can only take so much. If you haven’t been watching the show, take a chance, check it out, it’s pretty good.

Brooklyn Decker Joins Battleship
Ya, I still cannot believe the board game we all reluctantly played as kids before 1000 channels came along, is being turned into a big screen movie adaptation and the cast already includes Rihanna, possibly Tom Arnold and now maybe Brooklyn Decker.
A fashion model and one of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit models, Brooklyn Decker has made her foray into acting with some guest roles on television shows, but if this movie is not a complete pile of excrement, it could be a big bang for Brooklyn Decker’s acting career.

Lindsay Lohan Scores Robert Shapiro
With Lindsay Lohan just days away from reporting to jail to serve a 90 day sentence, a new lawyer has stepped up to help her out and It’s none other than Robert Shapiro, the man who helped O.J. Simpson beat a double murder rap. He says his goal is to get her in a rehab facility, while she still denies using drugs, evidence to the contrary is overwhelming.
The Judge did go pretty hard on her over a DUI arrest from 3 years ago… if I was put under a microscope for 3 years, the list of charges would by long.
